Hike 1: Valencia Peak

–  Length: 4.4 miles 

– Intensity: Moderate to High intensity depending on skill level.

– Hike highlight: Just a 5 min drive from Boho Aframe in Montaña de Oro State Park. Valencia peak trail offers a beautiful view of the local area and provides a good intensity for those looking for an athletic challenge.

Hike 2: Bishops Peak

–  Length: 4.2 miles or 3.5 miles depending on which trail head you start with.

– Intensity: Moderate to High intensity depending on skill level.

– Hike highlight: Bishops peak is one of the Nine Sisters it’s actually the tallest one. It provides bouldering and epic views of San Luis Obispo County. It’s a well loved hike amongst locals and dog friendly.

Hike 3: Broderson Peak Trail

– Length: 1.2 miles

– Intensity: Moderate

– Hike highlight: This hike is only a couple blocks from the cabin so put on those hiking shoes and walk on over to it. It’s a dog friendly trail with panoramic views of Morro Bay and Morro Rock.

Hike 4: Madonna Mountain aka Cerro San Luis

–  Length: 4 miles

– Intensity: Moderate 

– Hike highlight: Highly recommend this hike in the winter. The top of the trail has a Christmas tree made of lights during the winter season. Hike up for sunset and enjoy sitting under the lights with a warm drink. Don’t forget to pack warm clothes and a flashlights. Is also a dog friendly trail. 

Hike 5: Avila Ridge TrailLength: 2.8 miles

-Length: 2.8 miles

-Intensity: Moderate to High intensity.

– Hike highlight: Location on the oceans bluff spectacular view of the cave ridden coastline. Can be a very steep trail in some parts and is dog friendly!
